Located nearby the upscale area of La Jolla, the 

Marine Street Beach is a little group of high end 

clothiers, accommodations, stores, and galleries. The 

beach can also be renowned to body surfers and body 

boarders due to it is thunderous waves which always 

seem to crash the shoreline in the right time. 

Keep in mind, this beach might not be ideal for 

People, as you'll find no public bathrooms, picnic 

areas, and the rough surf conditions are not well 

Suited to children. If you've a family, you may 

Wish to find another beach. 

Even though it isn't the most effective beach for people, 

Marine Street Beach offers plenty of privacy and 

Beautiful white sand that may make for a fun day 

of sunbathing with friends. 

The rough waves found at this beach have been 

known to seriously injure swimmers and human body boarders 

in the past. If you are not that experienced with 

the water, you should be sure that you 

repect both the water and the waves here. 

During the summer months and on peak weekends during 

the spring and fall, you will find lifeguards positioned 

on the beach. You must intend to park on the 

Road at Marine Street Beach, as you'll find no 

public lots. You should try to get here early, 

as it can be very hard to discover a parking place, 

Specially throughout summer and on the weekends. 

Getting there

Simply take the exit at Genessee Avenue, mind west, then 

make a left on Torrey Pines Road. Decrease the 

Slope into downtown Manhattan project Jolla, turn left on Girad 

Avenue then right on Pearl Street. Turn left at 

Manhunter Jolla Boulevard then right on Marine Street. 

From the south, just take I-5 north to Torrey Pines 

Street. As soon as you arrive in Manhattan project Jolla Downtown,
